I purchased a new PM9 last August off Gun Broker. It is the new slide, did not know at the time and don't care. Soooo, I say go for the new one. That is a decent price. I paid $640 delivered for a PM9093N. Have fired 1600 rnds. with 0 malfunctions.

If it were my decision,I`d go with the new one just for the warranty.

Without question, get the new PM9. The warranty confers to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Even so, get a new PM9. You cannot prove you are the original purchaser of the used PM9.

We bought MrsFlyrs new/used (previously owned, but never fired), the warranty card was still in it as well, and as far as Kahr is concerned, who ever sends in the card is the original owner (not that they wouldn't take care of you anyway).

Having said that, if the price is the same, you may as well just purchase it new, unless you're getting the used one in a face to face sale, so you can make sure it's in as good a condition as the seller claims it is.

This is a no-brainer ! You know the new one has no problems, ... the used one has no problems according to the seller. Which one has more credibility .... a used Kahr salesman (pun intended) or the original manufacturer ? :D

P.S. The new seller is rated A+(967)
