I've only seen Wolff Springs for that and a few other Kahrs and there are sources for sights to fit Kahrs. Several people make stainless recoil springs, too.

Other than recoil rods, springs, and grip add-ons, there's little or none. Kahr sells some of that stuff.
Last Summer I sent my '97/'98 K9 to Trijicon and they re-lamped the night sights for $18 a lamp, or $54 return shipping included. I've replaced all of my 7-round magazine springs with Wolff's +5% springs. I haven't needed anything else.

This is one of the reasons why I like my K9. Wood grips, SS grip screws, XS night sights, and I'm done. I know that there are very few parts for the gun, so I don't feel constantly tempted to modify it.
I had a 10/22 for a while and made a few simple (and cheap) changes. I sold though when I got an itch to do some more substantial mods and the mental tally quickly exceeded the value of the rifle. I'm now satisfied with the old single shot .22 rifle that I was given as a kid. It's wood/metal with open sights and still shoots great.
I have avoided buying a 1911 or an AR for the same reason. I even made sure to buy a Winchester 1300 shotgun for home defense because I knew in advance that there were significantly fewer aftermarket parts for it than say a Remington 870.

Would be nice of having the option of an after-market barrel to shoot reloads (non-lead).

if you do some reading up on polygonal rifled barrels. Most all will tell you that you can shoot reloads with ease, and even lead. You need to clean more often with lead but it ain't gonna blow your gun. Lead is getting to be the thing of the past to but reloads are perfectly OK in any kahr. Very shortly we are going to have the option of buying a cm9 barrel which will be standard rifling and can be used in the PM9 guns if that is what your after .. Your not gonna harm a kahr barrel..

This news just made my day as both the K9 and PM9 are a joy to shoot.
