Hi all.. new member here. I'm not a Kahr owner yet. I am thinking
about picking up a cw45.. looks like a great carry gun. I was wondering
if you can pocket carry it?

Howdy. well, dimensionally it is larger than my K40. My K40 will fit in my pocket, but it looks ridiculous.
maybe jacket pocket carry, but your best option with the cw45 is carrying it on the waist. i haven't handled a pm45 (which is smaller than cw45), but from what i've gathered on the forum i think it is pushing the limits of pocket carry for most people.

I have the P45 (same size) and just don't see that one going in pants pockets. Jacket, yes, pants or shorts pockets, maybe if it were a cargo pocket. Welcome to the asylum, never mind the fact that the inmates are firmly in control here. Good bunch of folks here.

I don't know the answer to your question, but do pocket carry daily, a PM45.

I have a CW9 and I can put it in a jean pocket. It is really not a pocket pistol. It will fit better in a pair of cargo shorts with a shirt out hung down over the shorts. But it is large for a pocket pistol. I am 5 foot six inches plus and weigh 160 and the only pocket gun I carry that really hides is my P32. I think it is best to carry OWB or IWB.
Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the new Kahr!
Shoot safe,

I think the cw45 is stretching it abit to say pocketable. Not sure that was kahrs design when the made that gun. PM45 is stretching it, IMO but many carry in the pocket. I guess anything could be pocketable with the right cloths.. Certainly in jeans, the gals are gonna gather around u big time..
