i went to reassemble my cw40 and i think i messed up the slide release spring....i put it back to what i thought was correct. does anyone know of a place where i can see a pic of what it is supposed to look like? and how do you insert the assembly pin without hitting that little spring?

never take that little spring off JUST because. There is no need to take that little spring off. One can so easily strip that little screw off in the polymer frame and then ur kinda screwed..

also go to the kahr tech section and about a dozen threads down you will see CW45 ( and other polys) issues and fixes by gb6491. hit on it and scroll down until you see his photo work on that little slide spring. It is the best and there are some dandy tips in there from him to.
