That's what my LGS sells them for normally. I was in there today and they had both a new style and old style for $599 plus a used one for $499.

Not trying to "one up" ya , but just as an FYI for those in the market, GT Distribution has the Pm9 in stock, new for $519

Got mine locally for $559. I've bought a lot of ammo from GT Distributors and highly recommend them.

I had never heard of GT Distributors so I checked it out. They had the PM9 for $519. However, I looked at the prices of other pistols, and they didn't appear to be especially low on anything else. Wonder why they dropped the price on that one?

I certainly would ask some questions on that price to. That is unbelievable. Maybe factgory refurbished guns which carry only 1 year warranty, or maybe JUST ONE HELL OF A GREAT PRICE...

Got my new PM9 from GT Dist. just about 2 weeks ago. In spite of the pics of the old style PM9 on their web page they're shipping out the newer beveled slide models. GT price + shipping + FFL + no sales tax = $575.00 give or take a buck. Best I could find @ a LGS was $599.95 (cash or check) + 6% sales tax. Only 100 rounds through the gun right now but all 100 without issue.

My preference is to buy from a LGS unless I can get a real decent savings going elsewhere.

i'd buy from my LGS if they were anywhere close, but both of the shops with ranges seem to think they're the only source in the state and ask up around 780 for pm9s. damned proud of them. i paid 700 at a gun show, i went planning to spend about 6, but 7 was the best i could find and i didnt want to go through the hassle and wait for an internet gun when i could inspect one before buying.

who am i kidding, i just had money burning a hole in my pocket.

I had a burning hole in my pocket once. Never carry change and wooden matches in the same pocket. It'll warm you up in a hurry.

I just got mine today,NIB from a dealer in Michigan (GunsAmerica) for 540.00 including shipping, it comes with Davidson lifetime guarantee that if something goes wrong with it they'll fix it or will replace at no cost, I never heard of "it" before but I checked and it's leggit. When I pm'd the individual, he told me that he made a mistake in the price but he"ll would honor that price but it was 40.00 bellow what he'd paid for, after that he change the price to $620.00. Now I can understand exactly what Jocko says when he say "shoot it like you stole it"

I, too, try my LGS first, but although they have a lot of guns in stock, they are current production popular guns like Glock, S&W M&P, XD's, Kimber, Kahr, Keltec, SIG, etc. Recently, when I was looking for a Colt Defender, they checked with the distributor, and couldn't even get one. The owner suggested GB. I always tell them when I have a pistol coming in and, of course, they get their $25 FFL fee. If new guns are anything like new cars and at their low prices, I doubt that they make much more on a new gun purchase.

ekliptop: IMO u did steal it. that is normally 2-5 for theft, but being it is a kahr, fokk um!! Indeed just shoot it like u stole it.

Well, I'll type the obvious... With the CM9 being released now, some dealers who have multiple PM9's in stock probably figure they oughta move 'em out quick before the CM9 takes over the territory big-time... I figure it's gonna sell HUGE! Seeing the two side-by-side, it'll probably be kinda hard to justify a @$200 ballpark difference for MOST buyers.

u might indeed be right, one thing going for the pM9 is that it is a great gun. Word is not out yet on the cm9. They both will sell great. I could now own either one and be happy, well maybe kinda, I would be happier if that new cm9 was a blunt nose version..
