I just picked up my new PM9. Put 150 rounds through it. No issues at all. I'm looking to put on night sights. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to get. Any help would be appreciated

I just sent my P9 to XS Sights for a set of Big Dots a couple weeks ago, and love them! Their customer service is top notch, and I had my gun back in less than 1 week.

I had the Kahr factory night sights on a PM9 and they were okay but, to me, nothing special. I actually prefer the standard sights. I have used XS (formerly AO) sights on handguns and rifles and I think the Big Dot would be good on a PM9. If I put them on my K9 I will go with the regular dot as I have found them just as easy to use up close and better for longer range. I've used them for years beginning when I was living in Grapevine years ago. My standard BUG is a S&W 340M&P

which came from the factory with the standard dot (Most people think they come with the Big Dot, but they don't) I was hoping to soon replace the 340 with the P380 as BUG but I've still got a long way to go. Another story...

Thanks a lot for the info. I am going to look into the Big Dots.
Right now I think it's time for a few hundred more rounds. Love this little thing!http://kahrtalk.com/images/icons/icon14.gif

dano: DO NOTHING WITH THE GUN until it is totally reliable.

I like the factory meprolite sights. All my Kahr's have them. I want the sight picture to be consistent from gun to gun so they all get the exact same setup. Not a fan of the regular dot the I sights I found them to be way more difficult to be accurate even in daylight the 3 dot factory meprolites were more accurate for my personal taste. To each his/her own.

In a defense situation ur probably only gonna see the front sight anyhow. I think one should train alot in POA shooting instead of trying to line those sights up. It is faster, it is super accurate at 7 yards and under and there is nothing to remember. U just see that front sight CLEARLY andthe rest will fall in place..

Here we go. I've shot this in low-light IDPA shoots. Let me tell you, it's a comforting feeling when you draw your weapon and you have that big white dot on your target. Target acquisition is supurb, and it does not affect my accuracy negatively. My groups have not gotten any larger but I am on target quicker. :)
