New guy, new Kahr...

Not new to guns just to Kahr. Just ordered up a K9 Elite. Hopefully will arrive in my waiting hands next week.
This will be my first Kahr. I own Sigs, Rugers, FNP's and a Lancaster Arms AK47.
I have been looking for a decent 9mm for summer carry. I looked at Sig 239, the new Ruger LC9 the Walther PPS. Finally decided to go with the K9. Haven't even layed hands on one much less been able to shoot one. Very limited amount of gun stores with very limited inventory where I'm at. I have purchased most of my guns sight unseen. Makes you do your research :) ordered up a Remora holster for it the other day as well.

So I am looking forward to it's arrival. I plan on purchasing some wood grips from the Kahr web site. Someone in one of the threads mentioned stainless steel baseplates for the PM9 mags for a added touch but I can't seem to find them on Kahrs web site. If someone can link me to them that would be great.

Looking forward to future posting about my Kahr love. I hope ;)

Welcome to the asylum (sorry I was here earlier and got side tracked), you'll find that this place grows on you. Mine the archives for gold on that base plate bit, and while you're there check out the lube chart, and proper prep stickies. Good stuff there.

Welcome Kahrson. My K9 Elite replaced a SIG P239 and I have been completely satisfied. I haven't had it very long but it is 100% reliable so far with almost 700 rds. I just got my Concealco IWB for it today.
