3rd PM9

Ever since I sold my PM9 purchased new in 2009 to fund a machine gun purchase, I have regretted it for the past few months. So what did I do? Bought a new one with Nite sites, and another used one for the wife! The new version is the tapered nose. Both flawless, but based on my experience with the first one, I expected no less. Took a few pics, and wanted to share the differences I found between the new and old style. The older one is Serial VD44XX.

1)The heel of the grip is rounded on the newer version, and the checkering of the grip does not extend to the bottom of the grip like the older version.
2)The tapering on the top right corner of the barrel hood on the right side is slightly longer on the new version.
3)The new version seems to be a tad bit longer.
4)The pop out panel on the older version has a pin in it, as opposed to the torx screw on the new version. My PM9 from Jan 2009 had the torx screw.

Awesome, can't have too many Kahr's I suppose.

Any malfunctions with either one? I'm purchasing a used Kahr PM9 from someone online very soon, so I'm just curious.

Zero issues, 300+rounds of JHP and fmj through the new one, 100 rounds of carry ammo only through the older one, speer gdhp 124+p.
