BB Code for a line break

I'm using Linux and Firefox to post messages. All seems to work A-OK, except that when I enter a carrage return/line feed to create a new paragraph, the final post runs all the sentences together.

How do I force the forum software to accept a carrage return?

Crap...that time it entered one.

So...why does not not work all the time? See my post on "Take 2 -- New PM9 -- Shot her like I stole her" for an example of the mess I ended up with.

I am not sure on this one. I looked at your post and all appears correct. Does it matter whether you are posting an original item, or responding in the quick reply? Also, does another browser work differently?

I was using Firefox for awhile and it had some cool features but it does alot of weird stuff too. Often times when I log in it keeps going back to the log in page. I took my password and locked in even though I told it not to remember it. It's strange, I did like the spell check, and some of the other stuff.

This computer stuff is right close to being way over my head anyhow.

Still using the firefox for logging on to the various forums. Haven't seen any problems using it on this forum.

Nor do I; I use Firefox almost exclusively over any other browser, especially IE. I have no problems with any feature not working here or elsewhere.
