HEADS UP - PM45 mags mismarked (3/11)

Hey folks, just wanted to let folks know, I just got an order of PM45 magazines in from CDNN.

Well... they messed up the order, and Kahr messed up as well.

What CDNN did was ship me five magazines when I only ordered two. Yah a screw up, I have no idea what they did. They'll make it right, I'm certain.

But the bigger issue is the magazines themselves! Two were PM45 magazines, three appear one shot longer. I guess they're P45 mags.

All of these are still sealed in the heat seal bags, with Kahr's own labeling and UPC codes.

So... it appears Kahr messed up in packaging, and I'm sure the doofi (plural of doofus) at CDNN just read the label and put whatever it said in the shipping bag for me. Not CDNN's fault. Definately Kahr's fault.

Just a heads up to CHECK any mags you order before you tear into the sealed factory packaging - which may make returns harder.

Well, a mistake like that....in your favor. That would be a hard call to make CDNN to "make it right". Difficult, but I suppose necessary.

Oh no... they charged me for five, not two. If they'd have given me three freebies, I'd have sold 'em here! <grins>

I should have been more careful to make that point clear. Yah, and extra $90 on my bill... ouch.

Now I understand, I thought you got five but only ordered (was charged) for two. I definitely would be :31: with CDNN as well.

Were they the 6-round extended grip for the PM45, or the "flush-fitting" polymer that leaves a gap in the PM45? I got one of the 6-round extended grip ones with my PM45 as part of the deal. I use it for a CCW reload. I also got a couple of the 7-round extended grip models that leave a gap, for range use or possible reloads. Those have been flawless in range use.

What I ordered - (2) PM45 mags 5rd
What I got and was billed for (2) PM45mags 5rd, and (3) P45/CW45mags 6rd <-- but those were marked as PM45 mags, with the same factory label on the sealed bag, same part #, same UPC code.

IOW Kahr mis-marked the mags, and CDNN didn't know that they were mis-marked.

CDNN failed to respond to any email today... I'll call them tomorrow

Got a late in the day email from CDNN, asking for me to call them tomorrow and speak with a certain person (don't know if I should them him). They said - We'll make it right!

And now I gotta tell them too, that their inventory is not correct either.

I recently ordered a PM40 mag. I recieved a small plastic package with Kahr's label that said it was the correct mag, but inside was a PM9 mag. A mistake at the factory. Somebody there has been screwing up...

Talked to CDNN today... the guy I spoke to was rather ho-hum about mis-marked inventory. He said he'd email me a Fed-Ex label, and arrange credit. (just checked email....) Yup, email there, good to go.
