And a happy Thanksgiving to you!

I've got plenty to be thankful for this year, and I've had some rough stuff to live through in recent years so I'm especially thankful for 2009. We bought a new house in July, will be buying a new car by the end of the year (Mercedes for my wife - she likes to look ritzy), my son's graduating high school in a few months and my daughter just started kindergarten, my wife landed a job with the public school system that she's been after for years (she wants to work with special-needs children), and just this week I brought home a new PM9094N and a new Ruger MkIII Hunter. The big picture - Obama, economy, the liberal Congressional steamroller - is not looking too good. But my world at arm's length is going well.
