Call me crazy but I'm going to send my PM9 slide to AX Sights to have a Big Dot sight set installed. I question my sanity and judgement because I'm not even sure the PM9 will prove reliable enough to be carried and it sure isn't a range gun.
In any event, I like the concept of the Big Dot and my style of shooting with SD guns is fast. I don't spend much time lining up sights and seeking the bullseye, though I'm always thrilled to see holes in it. Therefore, I think the Big Dot might be a good choice.

Best stick with XS, I think AX sights are butchers!
All kidding aside, who am I kidding, take away air before we take away kidding.
Anyhow, I love XS sights. They are fast, they really stand out for eyes with high mileage both in daylight and at night. They are perfect for an up close and personal small size gun.
Might take some getting used to but for me they are just a natural. I have 3 sets and at least 3 more guns in line for em.
Far as the PM 9 goes it isn't a matter of if you get it running reliably, it's just a matter of when. It'll run for ya. We'll just keep tweeking and messing with it and putting it in the mail box till it's 110 %.

It's good to know you like them Bawanna. I'm going to give them a try for the PM9.
From time to time, I've considered getting some for my Glock G26 but hate to fix something that isn't broken. I have Meprolight night sights on the G26 and, because I consider the G26 to be the same type of gun as the PM9, I tend to shoot it pretty fast. It's been just great for me, 100% reliable and amazingly accurate. Glock did this gun right.

XS Big dots are really great sights for a defensive carry gun. They are a fast, bright sight for night or day. You will love them... I installed them on my G26, And they are awesome!
FYI- To install them on a Glock they are an easy to do self install process. They send a Delrin punch, detailed instructions, nut driver+allen wrench, and thread locker are all included. No pusher is needed. My rear did not even need any fitting. Great product!

willieboy: what issues are u still having with your PM9??? This is a good well made gun, it should be runnig right by now. IMO it should be your range gun, if it is gonna be your carry peace. they are fun guns to shoot, for me any how. My G19 tends to cray alot when I leave it home with its buddy the K9..
I have the xsbig dots on my P380 and my PM9. I love um..

I had XS Big Dots on a revolver and liked them. My favorite night sights are TruGlo TFOs. They don't make them for the PM9 though. :( I like the stock PM9 sights and the addition of a Crimson Trace.
I had some Big Dots installed on my P9 by XS Sights. The service is fast, and customer service is top notch. When I got my slide back w/the sights installed I was suspicious that the rear wasn't bright enough. After speaking w/them they agreed the tritium vial was probably dammaged during install, so I sent it back to them. They fixed it the day it arrived, and overnighted it back to me the same day at $0.00 cost.

Hi Jocko. Well, I have 400 rounds through the gun so far. The first two hundred rounds I experienced four FTFs. I think thouse were all with the seven rounder. I count this as 4 FTFs in one hundred wounds becasue I was alternating magazines. I have sent the seven rounder back to Kahr in exchange for a six rounder.
The second two hundred rounds were shot with three six round magazines. I had one FTF. It was near the end of the shooting session. My palm was sore due to the rough backstrap so maybe I limp wristed the gun. Weather and business permitting, I'm going to shoot another two hundred today and I'll be sure I maintain a firm grip.
I think what I'm look for with the Kahr is the same level of reliability and similar accuracy as I have with the G26. I don't think I'm willing to give the Kahr any leeway on the reliability issue. It must work or I can't carry it. On the accuracy front, the G26 is more accurate than needed for the kind of SD scenarios I envision. That said, I do expect the Kahr, and me, to be able to shoot unsupported, two handed four inch, well centered groups at 7-10 yards. It we can't get to that point together, maybe the Kahr is not the gun for me. We'll see.

I've got the CW40, and love it.... the rough backstrap issue was fixed VERY well with a Hogue Jr gripsleeve.
I have the XS Big Dot's on my Glock, and will most likely put a set on my CW40 soon.... when budget permits. Love them!! and highly recommended.
Have heard great stuff about the TFO's as well.

I've wanted XS on my Glock 26 for a long time but it seems I'm always having a higher priority item on my wish list. Let us know how it works out and please post some pics.
I bought my PM9 just recently to fit in between my pocket .380 and my AIWB Glock 26. Like you I have/had a 7 round mag issue but was just downtown to mail it into Kahr; also asked for a 6 rounder based on some Kahrtalker's recommendation.
Take care,
Bill K.

Hi Bill K. The XS sights will be delayed a little. I went shooting today, came home, cleaned the gun and set the slide aside to take to the mail center tomorrow. I went out to check my own mail and found two AIWB holsters had arrived for the PM9. Therefore, I decided to try out the new holsters for awhile and send the slide in for sight installation a little later.
I recently put a set of XS Big Dots on my Glock 30....
They are excellent nights(very bright) and easy to pick up for defensive shooting. I have not noticed any significant accuracy difference between the Big Dots and standard Glock sights, which is a good thing ;)

Bill - Did you get the A grips yet and installed them? Since you said in another post that things were beginning to come together with the PM9?
FWIW - I put a Kahr tire on my CW9 after trying the Houge jr for awhile. Works and cheap at the price. (zero $ spent)
