Sorry for the low quality but I just saw this 10 minutes ago on tv. Long story short this fine upstanding citizen decided that the meter person had no authority and decided to flaunt his super intellect. When it was all over he almost got bit by a dog walking nearby.

I just labeled ccw the same way they had it on the screen. Either way towards the end of the video he has something pointed in the general direction of the person. I think it's just a wallet or phone but after declaring "I have a gun and I'll use it if you try to take my car" who knows how they interpret that.
