goit this back from wolffs today. whenI ask the question if the recxoil springs they show in their webb site will fit the new style PM9 and PM40 with the belveled slide. From what I gather from their comment it is a NO and that they don't really know much about the new longer slides even.

We do make springs for Kahr pistols and we offer springs on our web site for some Kahr models. Our web site information is very specific as to which springs and guide rod sets fit which pistols. Please click HERE to go to the Kahr page on our web site and carefully review the information we have on the PM series pistol recoil springs. If it is not specifically listed on our web site then we do not have springs available for a particular model.

Sounds like a PC/doesn't know the product line and may not care to kind of line. I can sorta see why Wolff's would not know about the difference in slide lengths, but then again, if all I sold were gun springs, I would make a point to know the guns they go in inside and out.

I had written wolffs about 3 months ago about this new slide change and ask if they were going to make springs for it and basicaly back then they replied back. "WHAT SLIDE CHANGE". so I took it then that they didn't know either. ur right, they should be on top of this stuff, hell look how long the cw series kahrs have been out. has to be one of kahrs biggest sellers and to this day no recoil springs but yet they make um for kahr, so go figure!!! TRUST BUT VERIFY.

joko,
I spoke with Dave at Wolff, he said it would work. My spring works fine, not changing it.

not arguing with you, just repeating what wolffs sent to me. I have no doubt the old style (shorter) springs will work in the new style slides. My point is and still is ,,, there is two different lenghts of springs for the slides, wolffs, makes um both, why would they not offer both sizes. One certainly can't put the longer springs in the old style slides, so there is a reason for both .
