Scholastic Steel Challenge

Hi Folks. I'm new to kahrtalk, and this is my first post.

I'm the coach of a newly formed Scholastic Steel Challenge (SSC) team. I'm also an NRA Pistol Instructor, and I took the NRA Pistol Coach course, though the paperwork on that is still in process.

Glock and S&W give SSC great deals on selected pistols, and Winchester gives great deals on 9mm ammo. My problem is that some small girls with small hands have trouble with grips that accommodate double-stack magazines. I want to be able to offer them a good single-stack 9mm pistol to try. But Kahr isn't responding to my queries.

With S&W and Glock, instructor/coaches like me buy guns at cut rates. We let our students try them and see what they like. Then they go buy their own guns. I want my students to be able to try Kahrs also. Kahr seems to have had a program like this in the past, but I find no information on it now. They have sponsored SSC, so I know they are aware of the program.

Can anyone on this forum offer any pointers as to people in Kahr whom I could contact about this? The web-advertised "contact me" fields seem to fall on deaf ears.
