Broken Magazine followers on K-40 mag

I had some malfunctions with my CW-40 which was sent in and Kahr replaced the slide lock which they said was not the right one?? Anyway, after shooting a little I noticed the front of the magazine follower was broken off and I could hear it rattling in the bottom of the mahazine. This is the second magazine follower I've had break in addition to a magazine base plate. Anyone else having magazine problems.

One of the most problematic guns I owned was a PM40....ONE of its issues was the feed ramp hitting the front lip of the mag follower(s) and snapping them off....It was sent back to Kahr but continued to do it.

Got a refund on the CW-40 from Bud's and got a K-9.
