High Noon sells a sweet OWB - the Slide Guard LG 434.

If I put a CT on my CW45, that would be one of the holsters I would seriously consider.

A newb here to this site. I too have been looking and offer up two web sites - Mitch Rosen and The Holster Store. Both make a holster for the CW 45 with a CT Laserguard IWB (well I think Holster Store does but they haven't responded to my email request). I have confirmation that Crossbreed does too if that style meets your needs. Just thought I would pass my research along for what it is worth:)

I've been looking for holsters for awhile now for my CW45 with CTL. There sure isn't much of a selection out there once you add the CTL. I was about settled on the Mitch Rosen Belt Slide Holster from the Kahr shop, but the Crossbreed Snapslide with the sweatguard looks like it might suit my purposes better. That High Noon holster also looks pretty good. I want to go with an OWB holster since here in Kansas it's not a crime if your gun peeks out once in awhile. Right now I'm using a Uncle Mike's size 15 Sidekick IWB holster (it's more of a fabric pouch than a holster, but does cover the trigger). I had picked that up on the clearance isle one day for dirt cheap. It's been handy and holds all my semi autos except for my 1911.
Crossbreed gives you 2 weeks to try it out and you can return it if you're not happy with it. Wish that was more common.
Hey Griff and Phooey welcome to the forum!

Added Note: I was looking into the Crossbreed, and they lump all the CW series with the CTL together. If it will fit the CW9 and 40 with the CTL, I'm wondering if the CW45 will fit into it. The leather backing will stretch, but the kydex part won't. It's pretty affordable, so I may send an email and ask if the CW45 with the LG-434 will fit. That's on the Snapslide. The Minislide specifically mentions Kahrs with the LG-437 (for the 9 and .40) but has no mention of the LG-434 for the .45.
