Note that they don't rule out even protecting insects.
Note also how many times they mention destroying capitalism. This of course is consistent with the retreat they had about a month ago where the UN Leadership declared "national sovereignty” as one of their biggest impediments, and further declared wealth redistribution among nations as one of their biggest goals, linking it to "Climate Change".
This, then, is just the next step.
The question, of course, is whether or not the Obama Administration would be willing to go along with this... :der:
