Magazine Safety on CW9 ?

Just wondering if the CW9 will fire a chambered round during a magazine swap ? I think so, as no mag safety is advertized, but I thought I'd ask.
I plan on buying the CW9 next week. I'm in the price-negotiation phase,
looking for my Big Deal.

Yes it will fire with no magazine in place. I tell you what, IMHO you cannot find a better CCW than the CW9.

They are comfortable to carry, point well and they shoot better than most others in the same category.

I truly enjoy my CW9 and it is totally reliable.

With the ability to fire during a mag change, you can do a tactical mag swap with one chambered in case you get interrupted. Don't bet your life on a miracle mag exchange.

One important point to know. Without the magazine in your CW9 a spent shell casing will fall through the magazine well, so be sure the casing has cleared your pistol.
