I like my De Santid Sof-Tuck. It's tuckable and the cant adjusts from 0 to 90 degrees or thereabouts, I wear about 4-5 oclock with about a 45 degree cant so the handle rides up just about where my kidney's are. It's a good holster, very inexpensive and has a reinforced top to make insertion of your weapon much easier. I think maybe some of the comp-tac type holsters may be more comfortable to wear all day with a big patch of leather betweeen the gun and your back, but I didn't have $80+ to spend on a holster at the time.

I have a Milt Sparks Versa Max II that is IWB. I think it's an excellent holster but it takes quite awhile to get one. I have a TT holster on order for a K9 and have confidence that will also be a fine holster.
Generally though, I use Kydex. Speaking of Kydex, you might consider the Silent Thunder from Garrett. It has a Kydex shell and a leather lining. You CW will think it's in leather.
P.S. Welcome to KahrTalk.

You don't have to lie. Just say nothing. Guns are dumb.

The Galco holster is a little bulkier to mee...

That Kusiak looks great. It could be improved by downsizing the brandname on it.

Did you go with the Kusiak leather or what? I'm looking for something myself.

Will any of these accommodate a CW45 with a Laserguard installed?

IWB calls for some additional requirements such as sweat shields to protect the holster and gun, and a rigid top so you can reholster without prying the lip open. I can say the Garrett Silent Thunder does all that and much more.
By necessity, the leather used for many leather holsters is rough on the inside, where you gun sits. Worse, some are swede which wicks oils and holds grit to scratch your finish. The Silent Thunder is Kydex outside to handle the sweat and rigid form you need, but lined with the finest softest leather to love your gun when holstered.
I've had one for my PM9 for over a year and wouldn't hesitate to buy it all over again. This is a story told by most who have one. The Garretts are good people who want satisfied customers and stand behind anything that comes up with the holster. If you decide you don't want it they'll refund or exchange. If you have any issue they will correct it.
I suggest a visit to Garrett Holsters USA (http://www.giholsters.com/) web site or view a slideshow of the Silent Thunder here (http://s762.photobucket.com/albums/xx269/OldLincoln/Holsters/?albumview=slideshow) or the Silent Thunder story (http://ezine.m1911.org/tucker2.htm) is worth reading. This is a review by 1911.org from some time ago. To bring it up to date, Garrett Industries was always the manufacturer and has took over the marketing when Tucker sold his business. Ron and Sheryl are good people and were always standing behind the marketing with the support and now they are visible. BTW, Garrett has been in the business a long time mainly providing military equipment.
