I tried pretty unsuccessfully to blow it up so it was more readable. Didn't do too good a job I dont think.
It sounds like they replaced the right stuff to cure the maladys you described.
Get out there and shoot and we'll know for sure.

Range report ;(
Shot 100 rounds first 4 mags flawless after 1 shot boom and second round no bang or click from trigger , in addition out of 100 a total 15 jams , upon inspection of jams and of 100 rounds that did fire the rounds had scaring to them on the sides back of the cartridge. I am on the way back to the dealer for a second return of the gun, I am not very happy right now...

Sorry to hear you are still having problems edinero.
I've a couple of questions (if you don't mind talking about it):
*Did you have a chance to clean it before shooting it?
I ask becuase the worksheet mentions polishing the barrel and wonder if there was any residual polishing compound in the chamber.
*Did the problems occur with the same ammo that caused the original issues?
Regards,
Greg

then we have a porblem HOUSTON.
They replaced the recoil spring... that would make for a very tight gun again, and move back into the 200 rounds of break in, according to my way of looking at it. New spring is gonna be tight... it needs repeated multiple compressions to become the spring they want it to be.
Not sure what you mean by scarring, but primer smearing is normal.

So, what exactly happened? I got the parts about the scarring. Pics?
What kind of jams were the 15? Failure to feed? Stovepipe? Failure to return to battery?

Failure to feed and stove pipes , but the worst is just shooting the first round and going bang but next no bang no click I have to eject magazine and extract load

What is causing the scarring? Have you done anything to your mags?

1st round bang, 2nd round no bang, no click. Did you try tapping the back of the slide? Just a thought.

My P380 did the FRTB a few times, but it would click if I pulled the trigger. What would make it not click besides it not cocking?

There is a thread that Cash .45 had the same issue and so did kahseye . I know I am not the only one that had this issue. So today its suppose to go back to factory and fix the new trigger issue and stovepipes.

Just got off the phone with Jay who called to get my payment for night sights that are going to be installed while there for warranty repair. They said they replaced the trigger bar and polished extractor and polished some other areas on the pistol. Once I get it back on Thursday I will update on all the work done and follow up with another range report for the second repair from Kahr since Purchase in April,2011 of a pistol born on march 2011.

UPdate #2 Range Sessions#2 since second trip back from repair and I shot 150 rounds of Walmart Federal champion 45 ammo with no issues, Flawless shooting. No stovepipes or issues. With over 250 rounds of flawless shooting since it's second trip back from Kahr factory I can now say this CW45 is a reliable conceal carry!

On another note what is up with this forum lol it should be called the defective car pistol forum because thats all i read about! i had one issue with the 2 pistols and it was on the cw45 because i didnt clean it before i shot it and the trigger wouldnt catch but then again its a bigger gun so maybe it was me not releasing it all the way!

Then you have only read a post or two. There are a significant number of posts that are quite positive. There are over 5 thousand subscribers on this forum. People usually report their problems and do not report their positive experiences. My PM9 has been flawless since I got it! Lots of other have similar experiences. Just sayin....:D

And we fellow Kahr owners appreciate people like you reporting problems if it reflects reality. The last place I want to learn of a problem is walking through the parking lot at 1 a.m being approached quickly by two large men with very erratic behavior.

Amen for that Roger!!!
Edinero, could you tell us what the Kahr letter said it was done to your CW45? Mine have similar problems with some stovepipes. I sent it once back, they found shot it, and found nothing. Mine has about 650 rds so far and bacause its profile I want to be able to keep it... but only when I feel is reliable.

Cornel,
First Service at factory: Replaced Slide Stop Spring, Mag Catch, Recoil Spring & Polished barrel
When I got it back I went to range and attempted to shoot down range, On the 4th mag the pistol would shoot first round and after no bang no click and multiple stovepipes.
Second Trip to Factory: Polished feed ramp, Replaced Trigger Bar, Replaced Extractor, Replaced Follower and they installed Night Sights for me but charged Install $40.00 oh well they did a great job though on that install.
