Alright guys I am new to the forum. Finally bought my first Kahr today.

Picked up a CM9 for 425.00 + 20.00 shipping from a FFL dealer on Gun Broker.

I have been asking around for a few weeks at local gun shops and no one has been able to get them. The gentlemen I purchased it from said he just got 5 in and they will all be sold on Gun broker if anyone is interested.

Now its just a waiting game. Excited that the gun is on its way and I hope it lives up to my expectations.

Welcome G2, the CM's so far as we've heard here have a perfect track record. No one to date has mentioned a single issue.

I'm counting on you not to ruin the perfect record, don't let me down.

While your waiting, visit the tech section, read the proper prep thread and the lube thread. Theres some good suggestions there to help you bond and get to know your new toy. Might also occupy your time while your suffering through the wait for it to arrive.

You can link to the owners manual I think? They are very similar to the PM9 if the CM isn't attached yet, haven't checked.

We'll stand by in anticipation of your thoughts and a range report.

Congrats! I've never owned a Kahr, but plan to stop today after work and pick up a CM9 or PM9, depending on what I can find. :D

You must have purchased from Brad Wendt on Gunbroker. I have bought from him before. Good honest dealer with reasonable prices on most everthing. I hope that you enjoy your CM. I am considering one also.:D

Affirmative. Sounded like a straight up person on the phone. Hopefully the transaction is a smooth one.

glad to hear and welcome to the site... Keep up on jocko's thread and you should have zero issues except not enough mags loaded and ready to go!

Alright guys back from two seperate trips to the range.

Each trip I put 100 rounds of WWB through my new CM9. Zero problems what so ever. Thing ran like a top. I followed the prep reccomendations and cant help but assume it helped.

Still need some more trigger time but the last 50 rounds I really started getting a feel for it and was punching holes like no ones business.

Hope to get some pics up some time soon.

I just bought my first Kahr (CM9) as well. I took mine to the range for the first time yesterday. I ran (18) 124gr. Federal HST, (18) 124gr. +P Gold Dot, and about (60) Remington 115gr. UMC through it without a single issue. I did the prep work noted in the tech section prior to my trip as well. I'm extremely happy with the trigger, recoil, and accuracy.

My only issue was that my thumb wants to ride up on the slide release by my natural grip. A little painful until I got my grip adjusted. That was all me though. Nothing to do with the gun.

Glad to hear you are enjoying yours!

the guns are small , they have crammed alot of things i this small gun/grip, u seem to have found your issue with the slide release. A grip[ change will take care of that as u have found out, nice gun, actualy a great gun..
