Well, I decided to keep one of the Kahr CM9's that came through. So, we did a little work to serial number 5. Specifically.....

~ Dehorned all Sharp Edges
~ Rounded/Dehorned Slide Release
~ 360 Degree Stipple
~ Abrasive Blast Slide and Slide Release
~ Added Trijicon Night Sights

Here's how she turned out......

Very nice! And serial # 5 to boot. How cool is that? I expect the other 4 flew off the shelves?

BEAUTIFUL!!!

Were you able to "round up" a little the top long edge of the slide? And the edges around the action? (R-pic is the lower right corner) That's the sharppest edge in the whole piece. It doesn't boder me in my CM9, but I would like to do it in my CW45.

Now, the real question ....

Is it for sale? :)

BTW, here is the CM9 I got from you, http://kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=6718 , too bad it wasn't 005, although I'd have been happy with the '007' number too!!

Wow! I have never been a fan of the stainless finish guns, but I really like this one! Does the Abrassive blasting of the slide/slide stop leave raw exposed metal? I love the look you got, but being in FL would worry about rust problems just from the high humidity down here.

While the slides are stainless steel through out, heavy blasting can make the steel more susceptible to corrosion (remember, it's stainless not stain proof), but it really should be a non-issue with even a modicum of proper maintenance.

How hard was the trijicon install? What model number did you use?
