Last week I did what I should have done to begin with, and that is order a SmartCarry holster.
I've had it in my possession for all of 20 minutes but so far I absolutely love it. Will post an update down the road, but with dress pants and a shirt tucked in you cannot tell at all - and it's comfortable!
Really glad I purchased this holster - best part is, my XDM 9mm Compact fits it as well. It is more noticeable to me, but you cannot see it.
