Being a new Khar owner I must say I love the atmosphere of this site. Really helpful info with humor. I am disgusted at other forums with the moderators stating they are god and its ok to curse and call forum members names all with the threat of being banned. This forum is a good example of people truly respecting each other and being helpful. Just had to get that off my chest after reading another forums moderator being abusive again. Thanks

I just got back from parting the waters but I got my eye on you boy. I want you to find you a black board and write "Jocko knows, just do it" 52,000 times.
Try to stay on topic here and cut out this whimsical unmeaningful chatter that waste our rocket scientist time.

I'm serious here. Well thats a little white lie and momma says a little white lie don't hurt nobody.

Glad you like the forum, I think it's a pretty near perfect mix of information sharing, problem solving and pretty good at not letting a day get too awful boring either.

I'm headed back down to the river now to see if I can roll on top of it. Trust me I'll be wearing a life jacket.

ok bye

I'm a member of several different gun forums and Kahr Talk is definitely my favorite. :cheer2:

I usually don't critique spelling errors, but this one is essential: "Kahr"

:D

Good eye Thunder, totally went over my head. I reckon that ought to earn ole Islick 30 demerits iffen we had demerits that is and 10,000 more writings on the black board.

"Kahr, not Khar"

I must admit though sometimes I goof on that one too. Sometimes when I'm not walking on water I goof the spelling of our namesake. I'm ashamed.

Welcome Islick! I have to agree that this is my favorite forum. I browse more than I contribute, hmm that's probably one of the things that makes it better.:o

Yeah; I hit several forums each day and this one is pretty good. Respect for each other and their opinions, most folks clearly state that it's only an opinion. Lots of good information, not many trolls, not a lot of management by the mods (doesn't seem to be much needed). My only complaint is "thread drift": If a poster wants a variety of opinions about something they are interested in and passionate about, they should be able to......

Oh! Look! Something shiny! I'll go over here for a while......Gee, this is nice.....

Where was I??

Well I'm back from my attempt to roll on water. I'm sorry to report it was a dismal failure once again.

Hey Bawann, How about this idea, Take a big block of styrofoam and strap it to the bottom to your chair and hang a small trolling motor off the back then install a drink holder on one arm and a rod holder on the other arm and presto, the perfect redneck bass boat that CAN roll on water...

That would be too easy, I'm trying to impress the new guys with my God like moderator skills like the other forums they mention that I never visit.
I did try the styrofoam idea once for the record, worked real well till I tried the 150hp Mercury. Once again blew up on the launch pad. The trolling motor might be a much better start.
I do love to Bass fish, course I resort to normal means and use a regular boat and all.
I do hope islick likes to Bass Fish too since you guys totally jacked his thread thru no fault of my own of course.

The fishin machine first year in service about 10 years ago, didn't even have numbers on yet. All but the oldest of my pirate crew, a couple of which were no doubt into the Rum Cask without my knowlege.
I can't help but think I may never be president but I'll always be good looking.

Islick, and all you others you got a standing invite to go fishing anytime, if it's legal season we'll go in the daylight.

Funny too, in this picture without my drool cup, ya can't even tell I'm a derelict.

After close inspection of the mustache,I couldn`t help but wonder. If you dressed that fellow in the back of the boat in leather,he would look remarkably like the biker in the Village People singing group.Look closely and see if you don`t agree. What say Bawanna?

Our teacher asked us what our favorite animal was, and I said, "Fried
chicken." She said I wasn't funny, but she couldn't have been right,
everyone else in the class laughed.

My parents told me to always be truthful and honest, and I am. Fried
chicken is my favorite animal. I told my dad what happened, and he said
my teacher was probably a member of PETA. He said they love animals
very much. I do, too. Especially chicken, pork and beef.

Anyway, my teacher sent me to the principal's office. I told him what
happened, and he laughed too. Then he told me not to do it again.

The next day in class my teacher asked me what my favorite live animal
was. I told her it was chicken. She asked me why, just like she'd
asked the other children.

So I told her it was because you could make them into fried chicken. She
sent me back to the principal's office again. He laughed, and told me
not to do it again.

I don't understand. My parents taught me to be honest, but my teacher
doesn't like it when I am. Today, my teacher asked us to tell her what
famous person we admire most.

I told her, "Colonel Sanders".
Guess where I am now....:hungry:

Ralph was my man, I was routing for him since day one. When he did his morning rooster deal I wept I laughed so hard. Only genuine real guy on the whole show.
I cried when he lost the challenge last night. We'll see how long the snake Boston Rob last now, might go all the way since all the people with positive IQ's are gone.
Phillip needs a mental evaluation, a rope, heavy object and a deep pond.

It takes me a while to decide who to root for. But, yeah I liked Ralph. Don't think the rest of the idiots are smart enough to vote out Rob. Don't know what to say about Phillip.

Welcome....I love this forum too. I don't get on much, once or twice a week, but I consider it a big family on here. It isn't like the other forums who are all stuffy and don't treat the people on there as equal and condemn you if they say something they don't like on their opinions.

I agree with all the above except for the 52,000 times .... jocko only has about 30,000 rounds through his PM9, I don't think it's fair to make the newbie write that more than jocko's pulled his trigger in live fire.

Well of course your right as usual. It was thoughtless and uncaring of me as well as cruel and unusual. I think Jocko's at around 31,000 plus and actually hit something last trip so it's apparently starting to mate up with the error I mean shooter. Some take longer than others I reckon. Now if he just shoots it like he stole it he'll be in good shape.

So lets' drop that 52,000 to 25,000 to amend my thoughtlessness. Aw heck, let just give him a pass this time.
