My kahr p380 works fine there is just one annoying thing, when i put in the mag, it has alot of play to it (it wiggles) especially if i have rounds in the mag it rattles back and forth quite a bit. I know.. not very bad problem but im wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

COKEMAN - it is not a very tight fit... i can wiggle the mag from the bottom allot. And like i said when the mag is full, that just adds to the play of it. I can literally hear it rattle if i move around the gun.
JOCKO- yes other then break in thats been the ;only thing wrong with it and i feel lucky cuz ive read alot of bad reviews on the p380 compared to all of its bigger brothers. After about 250 rounds its been flawless! It has no trouble releasing and it stays in while shooting, just gets annoying walkin around hearin the mag rattle from side to side.

Mine fits pretty tight against the grip. It doesn't wiggle at all. Do both mags do it?

opinion of what kahr will tell you.
There is nothing wrong, some do that some don't. They will not replace your lower section for that would entice a complete new serial number and the cost to transfer to a ffl would be on your back. they will not do anything for that part I seriously doubt if they will pay to have the gun sent back being it is in perfect working order, so even if they will look at it I would be surprised if they pay to ship it back. No doubting you but with a loaded magazine it seems very hard to imagine the magazine rattling around in your pocket when walking around. but again I don't have the gun in front of me either. U might think about getting a small sizre "O" ring and see if it will take up that end play gap on the bottom of the magazine by the floor plate. Many have done this on the bigger kahrs to cover up that space even. I am just giving you y opinion here I am sure a phone call to kahr will settle any questions.
Question. if they replaced the lower and then it now won't drop magazines freely, THEN WHAT?? Personally for me the gun is working great, live with it, work on a fix at home.
i. e. One round of black plastic tape around lower portion of the magazine.
i e. blow dryer on grip itself and then compress slightly
take no offense in myu OPINIONS as that is all they are.

Jocko- yes it does sound weird but there is alot of play on the bottom of the mag and it does wiggle from side to side quite a bit. Im defenitly not the type of person who has a small problem or a few malfunction with a gun and write off the company all together or tell everyone that kahrs suck. I can live with it and ill try wrapping tape round the bottom of the mag. Hopefullu that will help. Like i said i welcome opinions and i appreciate ur reply

I am just sure you can tighten up that rattle somewhat. My PM9 has never dropped a magazinesince the day I bought it, comes out about 1/2" and sits there. but I really like it that way for anby accidkental bumping of that magazine release is not goinbg to send the magazine flying. so mine fits tight in the gun, more than some like but for me it is OK...
