I 've hear they use Kahrs in movies and on tv but never seen it for myself till last night. My wife was watching Desperate Housewifes and she said " Wow that gun looks just like yours". I came in to take a look and sure enough, it was a Kahr CW 2 tone 45 I think. Did anybody else see this? Also one of the girls was taking her CCW class. I thought that was kinda neat.

I saw it, told my wife 'Hey, that's my gun!' But I thought it was a PM9, although thinking back it did look a little bigger - figured it was because her hands were smaller.

NCIS has featured Kahrs as well. My favorite TV show to play "spot and name the gun" is The Unit.:cool: They used the entire Hollywood armory for that show. I even spotted a Walther TPH and a Seecamp, guns not usually associated with "Delta" operations. :2eek:

Law and Order SVU, Elliot has one. Seen many Kahr's in law and Order episodes.

In the movie "15 Minutes" with DeNiro, Edward Burns uses what looks like a k40. He has to turn in his duty weapon, so he goes home and shoves the Kahr into his pants. Uses it in the movie to unload on a BG. Nice sexy shot of the Kahr with the slide locked to the rear after the barrage :)

I think "Nikita" uses a kahr on occasion. Forgot which model tho... I was paying more attention too her in leather pants

If I recall correctly that was the special NYPD Kahr with the 13 round magazine. :33: Count the shots. I want one! :D

Counting the shots doesnt always tell you very much. Remember the movie "Sliver"? Sharon Stone unloads with a Walther PPK in the end. Probably shot what, 30 times? Slide was locked to the rear the whole time too. Very realistic :D My PPK holds 6, with one in the pipe. So I guess she had 6 in the mag, and 20+ in the chamber? :59:

maybe she is just so fast at changing out magazines that you did see it!! Could you imagine a 30 round clip in a CW 9 ?:eek:
