Following dissatisfaction with several other OWB holsters--including some of the biggest brand names in the busines--I bought a DeSantis mini belt slide that is so tight against my side, it doesn't print through a polo shirt with my P9. Perfect fit, with no break-in required. They make them in black or brown, with or without a thumb break, and offer various sizes for Kahrs. Best to check the DeSantis web site, where you'll see them priced at $65.00, but you can do beter from discount online vendors like OpticsPlanet where I paid $48.00, shipped free, and you can sometimes also find one new for a good price on eBay.

Thanks for the post, I just traded for a PM9 that came with a Don Hume OWB. I had never had an OWB holster before and I really like the comfort of this one, but it does hang away from my body some. I may check into getting a Desantis.

I'll let you know more later this week as my new Silent Thunder STX (http://garrettindustries.mybigcommerce.com/products/Silent-Thunder-STX.html) shipped Friday. It is their most concealed OWB holster and like the other Silent Thunders is leather lined Kydex. The Garrett Industries 20% off Coupon (http://kahrtalk.com/showpost.php?p=73783&postcount=1) is set to expire 6/8 but if you ask they may extend it a day or two for you.

Garrett makes awesome holsters, the craftsmanship is second to none - enjoy!
The Desantis sounds interesting too, I don't think I've seen that one.

I use an Uncle Mike's Sidekick, in size 12 for my PM40. It has three belt slots to allow neutral or forward cant. I wear it between my belt and jeans so the pressure of the belt smooths the profile and provides a more solid retention for the pistol. It also keeps the pistol tightly pressed to my body. Its not too good at one handed re-holstering because the holster mouth collapses from the belt pressure.
All in all, an inexpensive holster that works well, safely covers the trigger, & has a thumb-break which can be removed easily if you wish.
Very functional and very comfortable.
