This CW40 I bought on impulse a couple of weeks ago is rapidly becoming my favorite OWB carry gun. As I reported last week it's very accurate [meaning I shoot it well] and hasn't missed a beat. It's 4 or 5 ozs lighter than the M&P c 40, S&W CS45, or STI 1911 Escort, and smaller and thinner to boot. Every night this week when I left the house to close out the Diner, I strapped on the CW and left the rest in the safe. Being a Kahr, it looks pretty good too. This is not to say I won't jump on a CM45 if Kahr ever brings them out, but I couldn't be more satisfied with the CW40. Maybe I should walk into my GS and impulse buy more often.

I really like my CW40, once I got the hang of how to shoot it. (It was my first polymer framed gun and had some user errors at first) It's very accurate and fun to shoot. Although the CW40 is a fine gun and it's my current main CC weapon, I'm a .45 fan and had to go out and buy it's big brother the CW45 when I found a deal on one I couldnt pass up. Worked out ok though, If I'd bought the .45 first, then I'd probably only have one Kahr, now I have a nice pair of them. Soon as I get a couple hundred more rounds down range with the .45, it will replace the CW40 as my main CC piece. At night they sit side by side in my dresser drawer, one for my left hand and one for the right. I have lighting right outside my door, so don't need a flashlight to see who is breaking in.
Not sure if Id want a CM45 until I've had a chance to fire it or a PM45. I think it would be too big for my jeans pockets (I'm pretty skinny and the CW's sure print bad in my pocket) and If I have to carry in a belt holster might as well have the extra round and barrel length of the CW's. But I do hope they bring out the CM40 and 45 soon. Options are always a good thing.

I am 45 fan too and currently have six 45's, three 40's, a PM9 and an LCP. If I can wear a jacket to conceal it, I prefer belt carry, which means I can handle any of my pistols except the maybe the HK 40 and FS 1911. Until it was stolen in February, my PM45 was my smallest pistol which means it spent a lot of time in pants [not jeans] and jacket pockets. I also occasionally carried on the ankle if the situation was conducive to it. I've just about got enough guns right now, but I would get a CM45 if they become available. BTW, @ 5'11" and 160, I'm pretty skinny too.
