Looking for a "pocket holster" for the summer months, and also a "IWB".
Suggestion, picture and links would be greatly appreciated.
What are you carrying in....
Thanks for all your help.
Best Regards,

For pocket carry I use a De Santis Nemisis (http://www.desantisholster.com/store/SEARCH-BY-GUN-MANUFACTURER/TAURUS/85CH-2/POCKET-HOLSTERS/The-Nemesis) - soft inner lining and grippy outer skin. For IWB I carry a Garrett Industrie (http://garrettindustries.mybigcommerce.com/)s Silent Thunder (http://garrettindustries.mybigcommerce.com/products/Silent-Thunder-IWB.html) - Thin, leather lined Kydex to protect finish and very concealable. Garrett has a 20% off checkout coupon (http://kahrtalk.com/showpost.php?p=73783&postcount=1) on orders $85 or more. Since the Silent Thunder sells for $85, with the discount it is $68. Pics of the Silent Thunder can be seen here (http://s762.photobucket.com/albums/xx269/OldLincoln/Holsters/?albumview=slideshow).

Personally, I find the CW pistols to be a bit large for pocket carry so I can't make any recommendations.
For IWB carry, I've come to the conclusion that the CrossBreed holsters work best for me. YMMV
Pardon my hairy belly (you asked for pics). :)

I use both the FIST pocket and the FIST IWB when not carrying my P380 in a Recluse (one of the best holsters out there).

desantis nemesis and mtac at 4:00. very comfy - even at 6'6" and 285#.
Can't help u with IWB. But, for OWB (if u consider) a GALCO SPEED PADDLE HOLSTER works for me.

The CW9 is not a pocket pistol IMO. I use a Remora #6art with the sweat shield. No clips to jack with and it works for my IWB carry which I used to hate.

I ordered from their website and there it says cw9 uses #4. When the holster arrived it was labeled for pm9. Now you are saying it should be #6 and the holster #6 and the one i got seems tight. I guess i need to call them Monday and find out if I got the wrong one.

You should be OK. I have a #4 for my Kahr CW9 and it fits perfectly. I also have a size #6 for my larger Glock 33.

I talked with Alan before ordering and he carries his CW9 in the #6artSS so that is the one I got. I had called him because the #4 says it is for 3.25" barrels and the CW9 is 3.6" and I am very pleased with My/Alan's choice of the #6. He said if I'm not happy, send it back & he would make it right but I'M HAPPY!

No doubt the #6 will work. Judging from pictures I have seen of CW9s in #6 Remoras, I believe the CW9 rides a little higher in the #4, making it easier to obtain a good grip and draw the weapon a little faster/easier. There is plenty of material in the #4 to firmly hold the CW9 in position. I'm happy with the #4 and Big Bob is happy with the #6 ... what more can ya ask for ... :D

I carried it today in the #4, but it does feel just a little off. It feels like it's a tad short and when I check the box it says it's for PM9, etc. So I will call them and ask them to ship me #6 as I believe it'd be a better fit. Love the holster but it just feels a tad shallow and I'm in fear of gun dropping out.

I carry my CW9 IWB using a Crossbreed and love it! When I pocket carry I use a Don Home Pocket Holster.

I just put my CW9 in my #6 ART with S/S and it moves back and forth as a result of the #6 being built more for the larger framed semi-autos.
Unless my #6 (which has been carried less than 6 times) is built wrong, it is too big in my opinion, for a CW9. I don't consider a weapon secure when it will move around in a holster.

So maybe the Remora #5 would be just right?

Not in my opinion. The description on the Remora website for the #5 says it is for "large framed semi-autos" and "large stout framed semi-autos".
As you know, the CW9 is NOT a large framed semi-auto.

Just a newbie here, but in researching Holsters for the CW9 that I PLAN to purchase I ran into theisholsters.com and am really impressed. They are crossbreed type, cowhide $50 horsehide $60 incl. shipping. I had a question about hook types and asked it on the website. Within half an hour I got a phone call from Tommy Theis who answered my question and explained the why's and wherefore's of his holster construction. I'm impressed!

For pocket, a Nemesis or a Blackhawk #3. Get a #4 if you have a CT on your rig.
This is a Blackhawk

Not sure if it will translate to a 9mm but I bought a Tagua Leather Taurus 24/7 Inside the Pants to sue for my CW45 and if fits like a charm, all for under $30.

I use a De Santis Sof-Tuck, which has good adjustments for cant and can be carried in several different ways, including small of the back. It holds the handle up tight against my back, unless I bend over at the waist where the handle sticks out.
The holster is pretty comfortable and also pretty inexpensive, less than $30.

I carry my CW9 IWN in one of Tommy's holsters. Find them here: http://theisholsters.com/
Just $50 and he gets it to you inside a week. So comfortable that you won't even know you are wearing it.
Highly recommended!

I like the Tagua Open Top Lined Belt Holster (http://www.taguagunleather.com/new/open-top-leather-belt-holster-p21). It's price is absolutely amazing! $45 delivered, for a deep molded to the gun, fully leather lined belt holster. That is about HALF what some holster makers charge just for the lined option! Here is a picture:

If you want a tuckable IWB, look at the Blade Tech Ultimate Concealment Holster (http://www.blade-tech.com/Blade-Tech-Ultimate-Concealment-Holster-pr-821.html). They have very poor pictures of their holsters, but you can be assured that the holster looks better than that in real life. And the fit on their holsters is always a perfect click-in, click-out. You would wear this strong side, behind the hip, with your shirt tucked in front of it. Very discrete.
Correction: can be worn up front, too, because the cant is adjustable to a strait drop.

i have (and have had) several holsters for my pm9. for pant pocket carry, i use a desantis superfly. coat pockets, its a fist #5 leather. i love the superfly's easy draw for a pant pocket, but dont trust its retention where it may roll around in a coat pocket. the #5 has tight retention until you push it off the weapon with the kydex thumb tab, which is great for coats... can get the weapon unholstered while its still in your pocket easily.
i have a ryan grizzle city slicker for the rare occasions i carry @ 4 o clock IWB, mainly just for when i shoot IDPA since they don't allow pocket or appendix carry. 90% of the time and always around the house i carry at 1 o clock in an andrews mcdaniel II. outstanding leather holster and the most comfortable of any i've tried. i find it a little too bulky to wear on the hip, but its perfect for AIWB IMO.
