Welcome to the asylum, you'll like it here, and most of the inmates are pretty easy going. Prep those pistols, (proper prep in the tech section), use the lube chart too (also in the tech section, both are stickies). Shoot it plenty, shoot it more, rinse and repeat.

Welcome neighbor, I'm just down I 70 a bit in KS. I started with a CW40 too it ran great once I learned to shoot it correctly (no limp wristing allowed with these), then I got the CW45. Both are pretty sweet.
Jocko has some stickies in the Kahr Tech section on proper prep and lube of the Kahr pistols, might want to take a look at those. Might save you some trouble at the range.
