It came to a total of $46.03 for one 6rd magazine:eek:. That is steep. They should be made of gold for that much.

CDNN, $30 plus shipping

I'm guessing that they charged you around $10 for shipping, which would jack the per mag price up a lot since you only ordered one, plus ordering directly from the manufacturer usually isn't the cheapest. I ordered 2 from CDNN for $30 each, along with a couple mags for another gun, and got free shipping. They usually have specials for cheap or free shipping on the weekends.

Kahr is asking $40.00 per mag. and it cost me $6.03 shipping. I guess I should have asked around here before ordering:(. Oh well, lesson learned.

What you have to understand is that Kahr can not sell mags cheaper than it's distributors.

Lesson learned for you and probably a whole lot of others as well. While it came right out of your wallet alot of others benefited as well.

Been there myself in similar circumstances more than once.

Don't feel bad, I bought 4 of them for my CW40 from Kahr. That was because I couldn't find them anywhere else at the time and --> "I just had to have 'em".. :o

Go to TheGunSource online. They have the 6 and 7 rounders for $30.99 and shipping is a flat $2.99.

I got a couple at Impactguns.com - price was a little better than Kahr for the same mag - but Kahr has great online parts so its usually best to add your mag to an order ofr an extra sprig set or some other part. They are really nice mags with very good metal.

Sadly way to many manufactureres charge way too much for mags.

Yes, but it's illegal for them to charge less than there distributors.
If they did, they would get sued. And, no distributors would carry there products for fear of unfair competition.

I've bought most Kahr magazines from Cheaper Than Dirt, but if you're in a hurry and they are out, try to find the best price, no tax, and cheapest shipping.

I ordered some magazines and kits from Chip McCormic Jun 06, 2011; 02:38:21am PDT... CMCTactical.com and the order is still in progress. The 10-round Power Mag + mags were backordered! I guess that's holding up the order.

Their shipping... USPS... was free, and though the prices were higher, I figured they would at least have the stuff! <sigh>

In truth it is not illegal but a contractural violation. Since Kahr signed it they must accept the resposibility for it they cannot lay it off of the distributers..

I think your right, "illegal" was the wrong word to use.
"Contractual violation" would be more accurate.

Bud's is/was out of 6s, but had 7 and 8s.

I still need 2 more 6s, but have my 7s and 8s.

ProMag makes 6, 7 and 8 rounders. Gunclips.com sells them, $19.95. Never tried one, but I'm sure they'll fit in any Kahr 9. I've had good and medium good luck with ProMags in the past. Any I've bought have been range spares for Berettas, 1911s.

I have been looking for magazines around my local area and no one has any. Headed to the gun show this weekend to hopefully find some for a good price if not cheaper than dirt here I come!

I got my extra MK620 mag yesterday from CheaperThanDirt. Came in Kahr packaging and is identical to the mag that came with my CM9.
