Just a heads up, and no affiliation, other than I just jumped on one of these

http://www.clarkcustomguns.com/hammerforged.htm

These are Ruger made 10/22T hammer forged barrels, that Clark got "blank" so they could put their own match chamber and crown on. They're the bull version in .920 diameter - cost $125 - which is a steal compared to other 10/22 aftermarket barrels.

The Clark laminated stock is also a bargain at $155. Got one of those in blue/black (which includes some light grey as well.

Anyway, if you're so inclined, have a look, as they only have a few they uncovered. Formerly, they used to offer these till Ruger stopped offering the barrels. I was talking to them today and they mentioned it (and reeled me in like a bass), so I grabbed the info from the web to share with y'all.

I have a good friend that uses a couple of Clark barrels. I think he spent a bit more on his barrels though.

Good eye - they leave the hammer forging marks on the barrel, as Ruger made it. Looks sort of like a fine line candy-cane. The rifling is hammer forged. Its the Ruger barrel, from Ruger. Clark got them un-chambered, so they could put their own (tighter) chamber in them, as well as their own crown.

Yah - the LW barrels are twice as expensive.
