Where is the thread to clean a new gun?

I just bought a new p9. I thought I read some where that you should break the gun down and relube it before shooting it? Any help would be appreciated.

This will give you a good start. In the Kahr Tech Section. In the same area theres an excellent lube chart for Kahrs but works equally well on most all autos.
