View Full Version : Purchasing Kahr from unauthorized dealer
One of my local Gun Shops isn't an authorized Kahr dealer. They stock some Kahrs and can order in any Kahr I want. They are certainly purchasing from a Kahr authorized wholesaler, probably Davidson's. If I purchase a gun from them do I have a valid Kahr warranty?

I don't think the Kahr warranty is really dependent on from where you bought it. From what I've heard from people calling Kahr and sending their guns in for service, Kahr doesn't ask about where they got it from. I think the warranty sticks with the pistol no matter what.
I could be wrong though - everything I said above is just my thinking. I have no facts to back it up :)

Davidson's offers a free lifetime warranty against defective parts. Kahr's warranty doesn't care where you bought the gun.

doeskn't really matter whereu bought it from, if itr is new it is covered by 5 year kahr warranty. Kahr woks with distributors, so it is very possable that 75% of smalalgunshops buy from a very few kahr distributors. Kahr understands that.
