My PM 45 ACP is jamming with the cartridge 2/3 of the way into the barrel. This leaves a crushed portion on the case mouth alongside the bullet about .050" long and .060" wide. I have run a box of this ammo (new Federal 230gr hardball) through my Dillon press to see if a new crimp will solve the problem. I will let ya know how that works out but for now , any ideas???

check ur chamber out, maybe a good polishing of the chamber itself is needed. How new is the gun??? If new try a different bnrand of ammo through the break in period to testout. If it does it with another brand,
any phootos here might give some of the knowledeable guys here some insight. U might indeed have a very tight extractor that is not letting that round get up behind the extractor itself fast enough. Have u given this gun a good and proper cleaning and lubing. Nice lube chart on the kahr tech section under lube chart, also a propper prepping of ur new kahr thread is there to. both might help u some.

I think I would for sure try a different brand of ammo to see if maybe just possable u got a bad box of ammo casing. U need to eliminate the possables before u callkahr and discuss it with them.. U need to be able to tell them exactly what you have done to trouble shoot the issue to no avail..
