p9 slide

I have access to a black p9 slide, I own a cw9, are the slides interchangable if I use a p9 barrel?

yes and you need not have the P9 barrel either, both use the same 3.6" bbl, one is polygonal the other rifled but have nothig to do with operation. I guess my question is WHY??? unless your getting the slideand bbl for damn near nothing...

Well,, the point is moot now, it's been sold already, a guy at work had it, said his lower was burnt, I just kind of like the black slide vs silver that's all, guess I will stick with it though as they are what 150 bucks new?
