I've been using a Don Hume H715m IWB since I got the CM9, just because it was cheap and easy to get. It had been doing pretty good for me, but I wanted something in kydex and with some cant to it. I also wanted to be able to get more of a grip on the pistol when drawing from the holster, the Don hume blocks the area directly under the trigger guard and prohibits a good firing grip right off of the draw. I was forced to readjust every time I drew the pistol.

I found out about the "Pwii" model from Aholster -- http://shop.aholster.com/product.sc?productId=5&categoryId=1 on this forum, It looked like it would be just what I was looking for. The price was right, it got to me in around 2 weeks and so far I really like it. It doesn't add any bulk to the pistol, has a nice cant to it and I'm able to take a full firing grip before I even draw it out of the holster.

Here's a couple of pics--

Yes, it looks good. I have a CM9. I am looking at the tuckable IWB with a J-hook. The big difference in price is giving me pause.

Very nice. It looks like it would hide well and be comfortable also.
Maybe they'll offer this for the CW9.

I think they just make the Pwii for subcompact guns, but bonjorno2 is right - pjholster.com has some nice and nicely priced holsters.

I made one for my CW9, couldnt find what I wanted for a decent price. Kydex is cheap and easy to work with. Here it is.

Looks simple enough.
How does that Kydex feel up against your skin for extended periods?

Don't you wear underwear?

Sure...But surely around some parts of the body there will be skin contact.
I must say I like the fact that Kydex is much thinner than leather and in some ways stronger but then again lighter.
But leather is generally softer than hard molded plastic.

Still, since I have never tried Kydex it would be nice to hear about extended comfort or lack of.

Yeah, me too. I read all of these reports about the Silent Thunder holsters being so comfortable, even when appendix carried. How can that be comfortable when sitting?

Now, some of those wide, two clip holsters like the Crossbreed MiniTuck (http://crossbreedholsters.com/MiniTuck/tabid/91/List/0/ProductID/6/CategoryID/1/Level/1/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName) might be comfortable because the weight and pressure of the gun is insulated from the body by a wide sheet of leather. I want to avoid the two clip thing, though, because my gun is a relatively tiny CM9. Crossbreed has the MicroClip (http://crossbreedholsters.com/MiniTuck/tabid/91/List/0/ProductID/6/CategoryID/1/Level/1/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName), too. Another one that I am looking at (with a single clip) is the N82 Holster. They are all IWB, with or without tuck-ability. They, too, have a (somewhat smaller) sheet of leather behind the holster to aid in all day comfort. Here is their website, set to the page for the holsters that fit my CM9: http://n82tactical.com/n82store/?page_id=2206. See what you think.

The Pwii holster is fine against the skin because it's so small and there isnt much kydex contacting your skin above the beltline.

As for sitting with it while appendix carry, i have to make a slight adjustment when sitting so that the holster/belt is a little higher and doesn't get pressed into my abdomen. If its higher up it kind of folds forward a little and is comfortable.
