Kahr to pay $600K in lawsuit

Hope this isn't a dup but I just saw this elsewhere.

Kahr agreed to pay $600K in a wrongful death lawsuit. Seems one of their employees had a criminal background and stole a gun which was later used in a fatal shooting. Brady is all estatic about the payment, of course.

A firearms manufacturer is responsible for each and every completed firearm until they ship it out. If it is in their plant and is stolen and used in a crime they will pay. Kahr is not the first F/A company that has endured this liability.
