pm 45 rear sight change

any body out there found a different rear sight? looking for a night sight that goes to the end of the slide al 10-8 or hiene.

any other suggestions?

Heinie used to have sights for Kahr pistols listed on their website, but they are not there now. It still might be worth your time to give them a shout.
