Looking for a holster that is made of kydex (or similar), eve something that has some type of retention to it, although that is not a requirement. Holster is for a well loved PM9, night sights but not laser or light attached. Would be worn on around the 2-3 o'clock area, (right side), and OWB.
Any ideas? I looked at DeSantis, Forbus and BladeTech, but I could have easily missed something!:o
I presently have a Galco leather, but want something for a vacation coming soon.

Welcome to KahrTalk!
You might want to take a look at Alabama Holsters. I'm pleased, after some minor modifcations, with the pocket holster I got from them.
Ranger Model [appears to have a tension adjustment screw] [appears to be a quick draw]

You DID miss something, the Garrett Silent Thunder IWB or OWB. It is a soft-leather lined Kydex that is perfect for the PM9. It has adjustable retention, a single clip for quick and easy put on/take off. I've had it for my PM9 over a year with almost daily wear and it is definitely comfortable and very concealable.

I forgot to mention that Ron and Sheryl Garrett are really good to deal with and will answer any questions. They also stand behind your holster 100% and will even full refund your money if it isn't right for you or there is any issue.

I have a blackhawk leather iwb which is quite concealable and comfortable and just recently received my new Theis iwb holster, it looks really strange but it is so comfortable that I can forget that I have it on and it really holds the butt of the gun right up against my side so that it doesn't print.

I'll second the Silent Thunder, have my PM9 in one right now - bought one for my XDM as well, great folks to work with and fast turn around - not to mention one of the most well made and thought out holsters on the market, love the leather lined Kydex and my guns do too.

Bought a belt holster from Tagua. Has retention strat. Rides high and tight. VERY concealable even under a T-Shirt. It was fairly inexpensive at my LGS.

I like this "Matrix" from Galco for OWB:

It says "thermoplastic" but its not like the "kydex" I've seen before. Anyway, it fits well under untucked shirts and is comfortable.
