Today while in Harbor Freight I came across a $5 "Magnifier Head Strap With Lights". It is cheap plastic but works fairly well and will be better after I smooth out the sharp edge on the band. It is boxy fitting over glasses and the base mag is 1.8. Flip down another lens set and it's 2.3. Flip up the second lens and pull down the little eye piece for 3.7. Use them all for 4.8. It has dual lights which I don't need so won't add the weight of batteries.
I got it for inspecting my cases before priming. The 1.8 will likely be good enough as the focal length about 8" while the 2.3 is about 5". I've looked at the nice ones ($$$$) since I started reloading but wasn't sure how much I'd use it. With this $5 unit I probably paid for it just messing around.
