2nd range report P45

Took the p45 for its second range test.(first test 200 rds wwb fmj all good)Second test 50 230gr rangers 50 win 230gr jhp 100 230gr fmj aside from the slide not locking a couple of times it loved what I fed it.Not really worried about the lockback issue at this point and this gun is ready to carry.

Good to hear. As for the slide bit make sure that you are not hitting the slide stop while shooting and pushing it out just a bit. You could also tweak the spring there just a little to make sure that it has a little more bite. Again, good stuff.

Again, good stuff.I dont think im pushin on the pin its on the short side and to pull the pin I have to use a small screwdriver to get it out enough to pull it out.NO BIGGIE! This p45 goes bang every time and has done so since round 1.I will check out some spring adjustments and see if it goes away but again NO BIGGIE!I have bought 3 Kahrs since april and Im completely happy with all of them.CM9 CW45 And P45 and they are all keepers!I have learned alot on this forum and will continue to follow it also.The pre-firing cleaning and lubing That I didnt do on my first kahr would have probably made it flawless from round 1 as it did on the cw45 then the latest addition the p45.Thank to all for the knowledge and patience to keep us informed !
