got my trijicon night sights from kahr arms about an hour ago!the installation of the front sight is a breeze!just break or pull off front sight with a set of pliers,then use supplied locktite in drilled out holes and on screw,then wait a few hours before shooting.the rear sight removal was easy to remove,just drift it off with a brass punch or sight removal tool;i used a brass punch.the new sight is the issue in the fact that some filing of the aluminum housing is needed on the rear sight.just took a flat micro file and filed down some material on the front and rear sides of the rear sight;not too much,just enough to drift the new sight without peeling back material from too tight a fitting into slide.removal of rear sight looking down the barrel is from left to right and installation is the reversed as it is dove tailed.i hope this helps those of you whom decide to purchase these excellent trijicon night sights(front and rear)!
