What Pachmayr Grip for PM-45?

I just ordered a PM-45 from a local gun shop and want to put the Pachmayr grip on it. I have the #4 on both my P380 and my PM-9, but I"m not sure if that's the right size to order for the PM-45. Has anyone put one on their PM-45 and what size did you use?
