Don't mind the .40 ammo I had it all stacked up for a sale pic.

I have to ask.
In an earlier thread you had no interest in parting with the CW9, what made you change your mind?
I don't think you will regret it.
Nice gun, all shiny bright, it makes me notice the wear on my rear sight.

Congrats again.

This Kahr was exactly the pistiol I was looking for, I was crazy over it. I just didn't want to spend $800... So I got the CW9 which was/is one hell of a shooter and ran perfectly. I was getting ready to dump money into it for night sights and likely blackening the slide.
My situation changed some, I got a good offer on my CW so I threw caution to the wind and got this P9
That is the story

that DLC finish IMO just makes that gun..

Thanks for the pics. Since my shooter is always loaded and ready to go in a holster, I never really get to gaze on its beauty. Maybe I'll unload it one day soon and take a pic that I can carry in my wallet to admire when I need a little fix.:D

I agree 100%.

Also cobraetti asked if the front of the gun is angled. It does look different from my older P9. It has angles more like a CW.

Good eyes on that people, I looked up some older pics of the P9 black stainless and they did have a more squared muzzle. I like the new beveled "CW like" cut, not to mention it makes re-holstering easier and smoother.

+1, My P9 will have to be good enough, though.

Believe it or not, I got this P9 out for the first time today.
I'm happy to report it is, like the CW before it, 100% functional out of the box. I only had one mag of HPs but they all ran at the end of the session. The P9 ate all the 115g FMJ WWB, PMC and Independence I threw at it.
I wasn't shooting for accuracy, but I'm more than happy with what I saw. Everything stayed on the black and even during double tap and rapid fire drills I saw lots of ragged holes :)

Good to hear the P9 came home and you are happy with it.
A big decision to go a different direction. Glad it worked out.
Enjoy!
