Is it from a custom shop? The slide cocking serrations at the front and the engraving on the top are interesting. Where was it done?

For some reason I thought I saw Robar but looking again I don't know where I saw that. I'm wondering how they did the front slide serrations without it looking like they removed material, they look exactly like the back. Maybe its a pigment of my interrogation.
