Hello Guys, I thought it was time to join the forum because I love Kahr pistols. I purchased a PM9 five years ago for $450 from a friend which got me hooked. I purchased a P380 two years ago. This week I traded in my CW9 for the P9. The P9 is the most accurated pistol I have ever shot at 15 yards. Now I am looking for some suggestions on the best Outside the pants holster for my P9. One other question is how do the Kahr pistols handle reloads and the best personal defense ammo available for the P380, P9 and PM9?
Nice to be here and any help will be appreciated.
Thanks Phil

I use Speer Gold Dot, feeds nice, ejects clean, accurate, and penetrates and mushrooms very nice.

Welcome to KahrTalk!
Straight drop, cant, leather, Kydex, high ride, low ride, retention thingy dingy, etc?
I shoot a lot of reloads that my brother with forty plus years experience cooks up for me - zero gun issues but an occasional hard primer that'll need a second strike or won't fire at all.
Any of the name brand HP ammo in standard or +P, 115 or 124 grain should serve you well. Must be reliable in YOUR gun.
Kinda same thinking in .380 ammo but will go flat nose or Critical Defense winter time in New England due to heavier clothing.

Just say out loud, "My name is Phill and I'm a Kahr addict." To help you get started, the first step is to ship your least favorite Kahr to OldLincoln. Okay, not quite, so just Welcome to the club, Phill!
I'm partial the Garrett line of holsters (http://garrettindustries.mybigcommerce.com/categories/Holsters/), especially the Silent Thunder IWB. They offer a few OWB holsters and should it not be "the one" for you will refund your purchase.

Check out the Galco line of holsters. I have one for every semi auto that I own. They are not cheap, but very nice holsters.

I can`t tell you a lot about holsters but I can tell you that I have shot a bunch of my reloads in my PM9 with no issues at all.I reload 115 grain fmj and jhp and I always reload toward the bottom end of the recipe.I have never used lead bullets in my reloading process so I don`t have any info to share concerning Kahrs with lead bullets.Glad you joined us.

Can't really help with the holster as I carry my CW9 in my front pocket in an Uncle Mike's holster.
My CW9 eats my 115, 125 and 147 lead reloads without any problems. I use a hard cast bullet with a BH of 18 loaded to mid to upper range. No leading problems.
Oh, yeah! Welcome to the forum.
