Hey Guys.
New member here, and i own a cm9, i also am having problems with nose dives, but have read on here how to correct them. I am in the process of doing just that. I have sanded both my 6 rd mags and have tried them out today. I think im getting close, one mag ran fine the other had 1 ftf....so back to the sander for that one. Thanks for all the good info on the site.

Glad your here Todd. It's nice to hear happy thoughts and how your dealing with a minor glitch yourself. I think your gonna get along just fine with your new CM9.
I bet you get a "yeah right" now and then when you give some one your address. Duckroost. Gotta nice ring to it for sure.
Lots of good folks, and really smart guys and gals around here willing to help anyway they can. Keep us in the loop as you nurture and bond with your new CM. I think they are an awesome little gun, they really are.

Welcome to the forum and good luck with the mods on the mags. I need to go do some testing myself... got some of the new 7-round extended grips mags for the P380 and have a new FMJ by Herters to try out. People think the guns are expensive, but feeding them is more so!

Thanks for the welcome guys.
I got one mag working fine, the other i found that inside where the holes are punched, there was a burr sticking up and contacting the follower, i took a small file and filed the burr down, so we will see if that had anything to do with it still causing nose dives. One note, the one im having trouble with came from Cheaper than Dirt, not sure if that is a real reason to blame it on yet. I will update again when i get to shoot again.

Welcome to the forum Gatorbug. You're doing the right thing coming in and asking questions and getting some answers, rather than pitchin a hissyfit and declaring the gun a POS.

The CTD mags are from Kahr, not aftermarket, so they aren't to blame.
