Load 6 (or 7) rounds in the mag.

With the slide already locked back, insert the magazine into the mag-well and push down on the slide-stop. (By now round #1 should be in the chamber) Take the magazine out.

Does round #2 looks like this? (it's about 3/16" forward)

Pretty normal, many of my autos do that to some extent. The stripper bar dragging accross the second rounds wants to drag it forward. The issue diminishes as the rounds decrease.

You have feeding issues?

#1 No. It did originally but I tweaked the feed lips a tad. There's a good thread on squeezing the top in a vise. Be sure to read it before trying it yourself.

#2 Yes. I haven't heard of any that do not look like this to some extent.

what all these guys stated is dead nuts on. Just shoot the damngun like u stole it, report to us when YOU HAVE AN ISSUE.

Yes and yes.
Load the chamber, drop the magazine, reload one more and tap the magazine before you reinsert

#1 yes and I just noticed that a few days ago .I didnt think much of it cause I have never had a problem with the functioning of this weapon.
